Vodafone McLaren Mercedes asked Oliver Turvey to demonstrate the performance of their McLaren MP4-23 on the famous hill at the Goodwood Festival of Speed last weekend – and it was a weekend to remember.
Turvey was one of few F1 runners to complete demo runs on both Saturday and Sunday in what is one of the UK’s most prestigious motorsport events, attracting crowds of 60,000 people each day.
Driving on the legendary hill was a buzz for McLaren test driver Turvey and he said: “I had such a fantastic weekend! To drive the McLaren MP4-23 up the hill at Goodwood, in front of so many fans, was amazing.”
